I'm Suvi. A cat person and chocoholic.
 

I love documenting love and real life and that is why I enjoy photographing weddings, elopements and other family celebrations as well as everyday family life. I want to capture real and natural moments also when shooting portraits of both children and adults.

 

Making you feel comfortable so you can have a good time in front of the camera is my number one priority. Creating beautiful photos together is the second. We can go for a little walk in nature, wander around your favorite streets in a city, stay in the comfort of your home or utilize my cozy studio in Järvenpää – whatever works best for you.

I got my first camera when I was a kid but it wasn’t until twenty years later that I decided to study photography and make it a profession for myself.

​

Prior to my photography studies, I studied social services and chucrh youth work and worked with youth at my church for several years. Youth work has taught me a lot about humanity. It has helped me as a photographer to create a deeper connection with the people who come in front of my camera.

My homebase is in O but I do travel all over Finland and abroad.
